- Whole Milk200 ml
- Vanilla Essence (optional) to taste
- Milk powder02 tablespoon
- Sour cream02 can(s)
- Milk chocolate150 g
- ✔️ Melt the chocolate, add the cream and mix well; ✔️ In a form of your preference, pour the melted chocolate (as if you were greasing to bake); ✔️ Take it to the freezer until it's signed. CREAM ✔️ Mix cream ingredients over low heat until boiling. ✔️ Turn off the fire and add vanilla, powdered milk and milk cream. ✔️ Mix well, book until slightly cool. MOUNTING ✔️ Remove the form from the freezer and pour the cream on it; ✔️ Return to the freezer and leave for approximately 4 hours until it is very firm. D.E.S.E.N.F.O.R.M.A.R ✔️ Run a knife around the shape and quickly take it to the mouth of the stove.
