- Whey-free cream1 can(s)
- Water1/2 cup
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Chocolate6 tablespoon
- In a pan, mix the water, sugar, chocolate powder and lead to medium heat until thickened;
- Wait for the syrup to cool, spread it in a pudding mold and set aside.
- In another pan, place the condensed milk, the sifted yolks, the milk and lead to medium heat;
- Stir until you reach the porridge point and turn off the fire;
- Tampe the pan, wait to cool down and book;
- In a mixer, beat the whites and sugar until you form a consistent cream;
- Add the cream to the cream of whites and sugar and mix gently with a spoon until everything is incorporated;
- Add the cream from the pan to the mixer and mix until smooth;
- Pour this cream in the form of pudding, over the syrup;
- Cover the shape with a plastic film and take it to the freezer for at least 5 hours;
- Develop and serve.
