- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk500 ml
- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Milk for the syrup100 ml
- Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- In the blender I put the condensed milk, the cornstarch, the milk and the egg yolks.
- Beat everything for about 5 minutes. Then put it in a pan on the fire, stirring constantly. As soon as it thickened, I turned it off and let it cool.
- Now beat the egg whites and then mix with the cream. Beat in the mixer for about 5 minutes.
- Now in another small pan put the 100 ml of milk and the chocolate powder, let it boil well and place it on top of the hole in the middle.
- Then put the cream on top and take it to the freezer for about 2 hours and then just serve.
