- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Milk300 ml
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Water100 ml
- 200ml plastic pots14 unit(s)
- Start by dissolving the gelatin (follow the instructions on the package).
- In a container place the condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin.
- Beat for 3 minutes and set aside.
- Put the sugar in a pan, over low heat, stir until it melts and becomes a caramel. Then add the water and leave it on the fire until the sugar completely melts again.
- Wait for it to cool a little (about 10 minutes) and put some of the syrup in the jars.
- Then put the liquid in the jars, close and take the fridge for 4 hours, until they are firm.
