- Recipe
- 1 box of condensed milk395 g
- 1 carton of milk (measure in the condensed milk carton)395 g
- 1 box of milk cream200 g
- Colorless and unflavored gelatin12 g
- Water to hydrate gelatin5 tablespoon
- Syrup: sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Yields 8 puddings in a 200mL pot. Doesn't take eggs and doesn't go in the oven!
- Make a regular sauce for pudding. Syrup: Put the sugar in the pan over high heat, wait for it to caramelize and add the water, stir well and be careful not to burn and become bitter. Place in the 200mL mold or pot.
- Hydrate the gelatin: In a pot, mix the gelatin with the 5 tablespoons of water. Wait 5 min, it will harden. Place for 15 seconds in the microwave or in a water bath, to become liquid.
- In the blender: Put all the ingredients (milk, condensed milk, cream and gelatin) and beat for 4 minutes. Measure the milk in the empty condensed milk box.
- Add 50 mL of the syrup to the blender (to color the pudding) and beat for a few seconds. Let it rest for 5 minutes to release the foam, and your pudding will be smooth!
- Place over the syrup in the pots or in a large shape.
- Fridge for 5h to firm up. Make it overnight! I sold these puddings here in town :), here's a tip to earn extra!
