- Water1/2 cup
- Place the sugar in a pudding roast and bring to a boil so that the sugar melts, when the sugar is very brown, add the water and let it boil until the syrup thickens.
- In the blender, beat all the ingredients and pour in the shape along with the syrup.
- Bake in a bain-marie for about 1 hour.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
