- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden. Add the hot water. Let it boil until the sugar clumps dissolve and the syrup thickens. Reserve.
- In a large pan, add the condensed milk and the cornstarch and Dissolve the cornstarch in the condensed milk mixing well, add the cream, the milk and the vanilla essence (the essence is optional if you don't like it, you don't need to add) mix everything and Take it to the medium fire, stir constantly to avoid lumps, until it thickens.
- Once it has thickened, put it on a platter and let it cool down a bit and put it in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Remove from the fridge after 3 hours or until it gets hard, throw the syrup on top and take it back to the fridge until it gets cold and ready and just serve.
