- 2 cans of condensed milk (Nestlé) 01 box of 30% fat Gourmet cream (Piracanjuba) 01 liter of whole milk 06 eggs 01 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of water02 tablespoon
- 🙃 Syrup Preparation Method Melt the cup of sugar until caramelized, add the water and let it boil until the point of syrup. Turn off the heat and pour the syrup into a mold (suggestion, 22 cm mold) spreading evenly.
- 😍 Pudding Preparation Mode In a bowl put two cans of whole condensed milk, 01 box of cream and stir with a fouet until well mixed. Add eggs, milk and mix until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes and pass through a fine sieve three times. Pour the mixture into the caramelized form, cover it with aluminum foil and take it to the preheated oven for 2 hours at 180 degrees. Allow to cool overnight before unmolding.
