Pudding that doesn't go in the oven

Hidrate a gelatina conforme instruções do rótulo e bata junto com os demais ingredientes no liquidificador por 5 minutos. 

Hydrate the gelatin according to the instructions on the label and blend it with the other ingredients in a blender for 5 minutes.

Enquanto bate, prepare uma calda com 1 xícara de açúcar (basta levar no fogo numa panela e ir mexendo aos poucos até derreter, acrescentando uma colher de água depois que todo o açúcar estiver derretido e aguardar caramelizar). 

While beating, prepare a syrup with 1 cup of sugar (just put it on the fire in a pan and stir slowly until it melts, adding a spoon of water after all the sugar is melted and wait for it to caramelize).

Despeje a calda de açúcar numa forma, espere esfriar um pouco e despeje a mistura batida no liquidificador. 

Pour the sugar syrup in a shape, wait for it to cool a little and pour the blended mixture into the blender.

Leve na geladeira por 12 horas, desenforme e sirva.

Place in the fridge for 12 hours, unmold and serve.
