- Milk300 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar syrup to taste
- In the blender place all the ingredients, (except the syrup), to liquefy for 6 minutes.
- Take a baking dish with a hole in the middle and grease it with the syrup.
- Take the mixture and put it in the mold and cover with aluminum foil.
- In another larger roast, put 2 liters of boiling water and place the roast with the dough inside.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes remove the foil and put the pudding back in the oven for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Wait for it to cool and remove from the mold.
