- Syrup In a pan, melt the sugar until golden.
- Add the hot water and stir.
- Let it boil until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens.
- Place the syrup in a mold with a central hole and set aside.
- Pudding In a blender, beat the condensed milk and the measure of 2 boxes of liquid milk and 3 eggs after beats pour it in the reserved form.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Once cool, put it in the fridge for about 6 hours.
