- Milk250 ml
- condensed milk2 unit(s)
- Gems4 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence to taste
- Caramel sauce (sugar and water) to taste
- Almonds120 g
- Beat the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla essence in a blender
- Remove from the blender and mix the crushed almonds mix with your hands
- Put the syrup in the pudding mold, just melt the sugar with water until it is caramel-colored and on point.
- Pour the pudding mixture and take it to the kingdom in a bain-marie for 1 hour
- After 1 hour, check if the pudding is cooked and put it in the fridge for 12 hours.
