  • Milk250 ml
  • condensed milk2 unit(s)
  • Gems4 unit(s)
  • Vanilla Essence to taste
  • Caramel sauce (sugar and water) to taste
  • Almonds120 g
  1. Beat the milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla essence in a blender
  2. Remove from the blender and mix the crushed almonds mix with your hands
  3. Put the syrup in the pudding mold, just melt the sugar with water until it is caramel-colored and on point.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture and take it to the kingdom in a bain-marie for 1 hour
  5. After 1 hour, check if the pudding is cooked and put it in the fridge for 12 hours.
