  • Sour cream200 g
  • coconut milk200 ml
  • Unflavored/Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
  1. Pudding syrup: put 2 cups of sugar on the fire and let it melt completely until golden, add 1 cup of water and let it boil until all the burnt sugar dissolves, until it becomes a molasses (syrup).
  2. Beat the condensed milk, cream and coconut milk in a blender well.
  3. Hydrate the gelatin according to package instructions. Then put it in the blender and beat well.
  4. Pour in the mold with the syrup and put it to freeze for about 4 hours.
