- Sour cream200 g
- coconut milk200 ml
- Unflavored/Colorless Gelatin1 unit(s)
- Pudding syrup: put 2 cups of sugar on the fire and let it melt completely until golden, add 1 cup of water and let it boil until all the burnt sugar dissolves, until it becomes a molasses (syrup).
- Beat the condensed milk, cream and coconut milk in a blender well.
- Hydrate the gelatin according to package instructions. Then put it in the blender and beat well.
- Pour in the mold with the syrup and put it to freeze for about 4 hours.
