  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Colorless unflavored gelatin (powder)24 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  1. Heat the sugar until it melts and takes on an amber color.
  2. Carefully add the water to the melted sugar little by little.
  3. After mixing the water in the sugar, continue stirring the syrup for another minute and turn off the heat.
  4. Reserve the broth. In a blender, beat the other ingredients, except the gelatin. Add two tablespoons of the syrup together in the blender.
  5. Lastly, add the gelatin to the mixture and beat for another minute.
  6. Pour the rest of the syrup into a pudding mold.
  7. Pour the entire contents of the dough into the form and take it to the fridge for approximately 3 hours.
  8. Unmold and serve as you like!
