- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Colorless unflavored gelatin (powder)24 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Heat the sugar until it melts and takes on an amber color.
- Carefully add the water to the melted sugar little by little.
- After mixing the water in the sugar, continue stirring the syrup for another minute and turn off the heat.
- Reserve the broth. In a blender, beat the other ingredients, except the gelatin. Add two tablespoons of the syrup together in the blender.
- Lastly, add the gelatin to the mixture and beat for another minute.
- Pour the rest of the syrup into a pudding mold.
- Pour the entire contents of the dough into the form and take it to the fridge for approximately 3 hours.
- Unmold and serve as you like!
