- Sugar1 cup
- Make caramel with sugar (in a pan, pour a cup of sugar, over low heat, stir until it melts, then add a cup of water and stir until it melts again.. Pour the syrup into the mold.
- Blend the rest of the ingredients in the blender for 5min. Note: milk is the same measure as condensed milk
- Then pour the liquid into the mold and take it to the oven or fire in a water bath. (Cover the mold with aluminum foil) for 45min or until firm
- Once ready, leave it on the sink or stove until it cools down, so you can unmold it.
