- Wash, peel and cut the pumpkin into large pieces.
- Put the water in a pan to boil, when it starts to bubble, put the pumpkin pieces and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the water from the pan and mash the pumpkin well.
- Put the sugar, cream and heat for 6 minutes and serve as you wish.
