- Orange juice1/2 cup
- In a saucepan, combine the pumpkin, sugar, coconut, orange juice, cinnamon and cloves. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the squash breaks down. Add the zest and serve chilled or at room temperature.
