- Red carrot, cut into cubes80 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Coconut oil60 ml
- Brown sugar4 tablespoon
- Wheat flour0.5 cup
- Dark chocolate chips to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Blend the carrot, coconut oil, egg and sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the dough into a container, add the wheat flour and mix.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir.
- Add the yeast and mix gently.
- Divide the dough into cupcake molds, decorate with a few chocolate chips.
- Place in a preheated oven at 150ÂșC and bake for about 20 minutes (do the toothpick test).
