- 1 cream1 unit(s)
- Powdered milk1 cup
- Semisweet Chocolate2 unit(s)
- Purple or green grape350 g
- In a pan, add all the ingredients above, put it on medium heat and stir non-stop until you form a soft brigadier, turn it off and set aside.
- Put the grapes on the platter, either green or purple grapes, I put purple ones, but it's the same with the green one.. anyway, when you put the grapes on the platter, you put all the white cream on top.
- Then I put 2 chocolates in a semisweet tablet in a Maria bath and left the chocolate melting in the Maria bath, then when it melted I added the cream only 1 per ingredient to put in the pan and the other cream in the ganache and put it on top of the white cream and I finished with chocolate sprinkles..
- Take it to the fridge for 3 hours.. The ingredients and quantity are up to each one.
