- Dark chocolate130 g

- Sugar3/4 cup
- Wheat flour1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder1/4 cup
- Chopped Chestnut1/2 cup
- Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Melt the butter together with the semisweet chocolate in the microwave for 1 min. Add the sugar and stir. Let cool a little. Beat the eggs until foamy. Mix in the melted chocolate. Then add the dry ingredients and the cashews. Mixing all the ingredients. Finally, add the yeast and stir slowly. Preheat the oven for 10 min. Put the dough in each forminha, halfway up. And bake for 15 min at 220º. When cool, just unmold and serve. Note: even though the mold is made of silicone, it is worth greasing it with a little butter and flour. It's easier to unmold.
