- Wheat flour6 tablespoon
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Milk600 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Sugar to caramelize it5 tablespoon
- grated coconut100 g
- Beat the eggs, sugar, milk, butter, flour and starch in a blender.
- Add the grated coconut and stir gently. Reserve some coconut to decorate the pudding.
- Caramelize with the 5 spoons of sugar a round shape with a hole in the middle and add the mixture from the blender.
- Cook in a bain-marie for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and there is no liquid at the bottom of the pan.
- Unmold cold and decorate with coconut.
