- Cinnamon to taste
- For topping - Sugar1 cup
- Flour1 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- Olive oil - enough to form crumbs to taste
- Dulce de leche1 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients in the mixer until you have a homogeneous mass.
- Coverage - add oil little by little until the crumbs form
- Grease a shape, put all the dough and with a spoon add the dulce de leche all over the dough, as shown in the photo. Place the farofa on top and bake for 40 min at 180°C in a preheated oven.
