- Water70 ml

- Glucose Syrup50 g
- Butter for greasing to taste
- Hydrate: - 50g dried coconut - 70ml water
- In a bowl: - 9 sieved egg yolks - 175g sugar - 50g glucose syrup - hydrated coconut
- Grease molds with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Place the quindim mixture in the molds, place them in a large mold with hot water, to bake in a bain-marie.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it looks like a baked (like a cake). To check the doneness you can stick a knife, which should come out clean.
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes.
