- Beat the yolks, margarine, sugar and coconut milk in a blender for 5 minutes. Add the grated coconut gently. Grease the molds with margarine and sprinkle with a little sugar.
- Preheated oven at 180°, in a bain-marie for 30 minutes. After it cools down, put it in the fridge for approximately 20 minutes.
