- Egg Yolk (14 pcs)210 g
- grated coconut1/2 cup
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Add the coconut milk to the dry grated coconut and let it hydrate.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, butter and vanilla essence.
- Add the coconut and coconut milk mix again
- Take this dough to forminhas joined with butter and sugar and bake in a bain-marie for 30 min at 200 degrees or until the fork comes out clean.
- Serve under a bed of shredded coconut
