- To prepare, just mix everything very well, but without beating. Pour into pie molds or small pudding molds, greased with margarine and sprinkled with sugar (to form a light syrup that makes it easier to unmold)
- Bake in a bain-marie at 200 degrees covered with aluminum foil for about 1 hour or until firm.
- You can unmold it warm or cold.
