- Coconut milk100 ml
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut55 g
- Xylitol55 g
- Butter ghee1.1/2 tablespoon
- In a bowl mix the grated coconut with the coconut milk and set aside;
- In another container, sift the egg yolks to remove the film (discard the film). Add the xylitol and ghee butter;
- Mix well and then add the grated coconut mixture;
- Unite the molds with ghee butter, and sprinkle the xylitol inside them;
- Place the molds inside a larger mold, and add hot water until about halfway through form;
- Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, for approximately 30 minutes, or until golden brown above the quindins;
- Wait for the molds to cool down before unmolding. But remove the still warm quindins.
- OBS.: if you don't have ghee butter, you can use regular butter.
