- milk1 cup
- wheat flour2 cup
- chemical yeast powder1 teaspoon
- oil for frying1 cup
- Sugar for sprinkling1 cup
- First, mix the egg, sugar and salt with a fork in the bowl. Add the milk and wheat flour little by little, while stirring, until you get a soft and homogeneous mass. That way your rain cupcake will be soft. Add the yeast last and mix. The dough should be soft, but slightly light. Heat the oil in a pan on high heat, enough to cover the rain balls. Lower the heat and shape the dough with two spoons, trying to give it a rounded shape. Fry until the rain balls are golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl lined with paper towels for your rain cupcake to be even drier. Mix a little sugar with a teaspoon of cinnamon on a plate and spread the rain cookies.
