- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Water (for syrup)1/2 cup
- Guava (for the syrup)200 g
- Mix all the ingredients until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous mass. Heat a pan with plenty of oil so the dumplings can float. When the oil is very hot (180º C), with a spoon, start adding small amounts of dough, and fry until golden brown.
- Syrup In a pan add the water and the guava and over medium heat stir until it melts and forms a pasty mixture.
