- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Raisins1 to taste
- Yeast powder1 teaspoon
- Whisk the flour, margarine and eggs in a blender.
- Add the other ingredients except the raisins.
- Leave the grapes for a while in a little flour so they don't sink into the cake.
- Then sift to remove excess flour and add it to the cake dough.
- Grease the pan and bake
- Finish with some raisins on top to decorate
