  • Raisins to taste
  • Milk1 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • White wheat flour1 cup
  • Fine whole wheat flour1 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the flour, margarine and eggs. Add all the missing ingredients, except the raisins.
  2. Leave the raisins in the flour for a while and sieve them (so the raisins don't go down on the cake)
  3. Mix the sifted raisins in the dough and put the mixture in a greased shape.
  4. Place in the oven and bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
