- Raisins to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- White wheat flour1 cup
- Fine whole wheat flour1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the flour, margarine and eggs. Add all the missing ingredients, except the raisins.
- Leave the raisins in the flour for a while and sieve them (so the raisins don't go down on the cake)
- Mix the sifted raisins in the dough and put the mixture in a greased shape.
- Place in the oven and bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
