- Raspberry flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Plain yogurt1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Clara2 unit(s)
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Dissolve the gelatine in 250ml of boiling water.
- In the blender, beat condensed milk, yogurt and gelatin.
- Put it in bowls and take it to freeze until it starts to firm.
- For the topping, beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar and stir well until you get a meringue consistency. Add the cream and mix gently.
- Cover the jello and take it to freeze some more.
