- Dark chocolate250 g
- 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter2 tablespoon
- Gems4 unit(s)
- egg whites6 unit(s)
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Then soften the butter in the microwave.
- Mix chocolate, butter and egg yolks. Reserve.
- Whip the egg whites. When it reaches firm peaks, add the sugar and beat for a minute.
- Incorporate some of the snow whites to the chocolate preparation, mixing gently.
- Then add this mixture to the rest of the snow whites gently. Place in jars and leave for at least 3 hours in the fridge.
