- Recipe
- Sliced clean strawberries500 g
- Berries (I used blueberries and raspberries) - can be frozen350 g
- Sugar250 g
- Lemon (juice and zest)1 unit(s)
- In a pan put the strawberry and red fruits. Add sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice
- Turn on the medium heat and do not stir for approximately 2 minutes, until the fruits start to release water.
- Stir everything and let cook for approximately 30 minutes, stirring from time to time so as not to burn.
- Transfer to a well-sealed glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
