- Demerara Sugar300 g
- Agar-agar powder1 teaspoon
- Lemon zest and juice0.5 unit(s)
- In a pan, place the fruits over medium heat, stirring constantly until part of them are broken down (about 20 minutes)
- Add the zest, lemon juice, sugar and stir well until all the sugar dissolves.
- Add the agar-agar and cook for another 5 minutes
- Place in the fridge while still hot
