- Refined sugar60 g
- Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
- Creamcheese450 g
- cream250 g
- Traditional Greek Yogurt200 g
- Icing sugar100 g
- Vanilla paste15 g
- In a pan, place the red fruits, refined sugar and lemon juice, let it reduce, always stirring so it doesn't stick. Reserve.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy, add the yogurt and vanilla paste. Reserve.
- Add the cream and sifted icing sugar to the drums, beat until whipped.
- Gently mix the cream with the creamcheese cream until smooth.
- Distribute in small bowls or cups, cover with the red fruit reduction.
- Place in the fridge for 2 hours and serve chilled.
