- Start by adding a spoonful of vinegar to the milk and set it aside.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, sugar and oil, beat for 2 minutes then add the milk and beat a little more.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sift the wheat flour and mix with the help of a whisk.
- Add the yeast and mix.
- Put the dough in a greased shape only with margarine.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
- Nest Brigadier: In a pan put the condensed milk, the cream and the powdered milk. Bring to a medium heat, stirring until the Brigadeiro comes out of the bottom of the pan. Let it cool, put it in a pastry bag and put on the cake, strawberries to decorate.
