- Start by mixing the eggs and sugar with a whisk until smooth.
- Then add the oil, milk and chocolate powder and the red coloring and mix a little more until you add
- Finally add the flour and baking powder and stir very slowly until everything is well mixed.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30 to 50 min (do the toothpick test)
- This cake is perfect to eat with a cup of coffee or tea, it is also ideal for cakes in a pot or ice cream (aluminum foil)
