- Red Wine700 ml
- Sugar150 g
- Cinnamon Stick to taste
- Sour cream400 ml
- Whole milk250 ml
- Gems4 unit(s)
- Prepare the wine. Place it in a mug with the cinnamon stick and let it boil until it can be reduced to a thickener. That is, a thicker consistency, which will set the ice cream;
- In another pan, place the cream and whole milk and stir over low heat until it starts to thicken and become creamy.
- Place the four egg yolks and sugar in the mixer and beat until it thickens and becomes a cream. The consistency should resemble a meringue, a butter, etc.;
- Then put the yolk mixture in the pan with the creamy milk and heat it up. But don't let it boil;
- Then let it cool down a bit and add the wine solution. Remove the cinnamon first;
- Mix well and put your ice cream in a container to take to freeze;
- Leave it in the freezer for at least two hours and you're done.
