- Sago250 g
- Water2 l
- Red wine500 ml
- refined sugar200 g
- In a large basin, place the sagu and cover with 1 liter of water to hydrate. Leave for 1 hour.
- Drain the water and put the sago in a large pan and add another 500 ml of water, cook and stir constantly. When it starts to turn into a porridge, pass it through a sieve and leave it in running water to remove the excess gum from the sago.
- In another pan put the sugar, wine and 250 ml of water, turn on the fire and dissolve the sugar, when it is dissolved pour the sago and stir until it reaches a jelly stage. Take it to the fridge, capped and leave it for 6 hours.
