- Sugar2 cup
- Blend all the ingredients except the unflavored gelatin in the blender until you have a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- The measure of condensed milk is the same as milk and cream. Use the can of condensed milk as a gauge
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin as per the instructions on the package and place in a blender and blend again and set aside.
- SYRUP Put sugar and a cup of water and let it boil until it caramelizes and turns a light yellow. don't be messing around
- MOUNTING Place the syrup in a refractory and soon after put the pudding liquid and leave at least 4 hours in the fridge before serving.
