- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Milk250 ml
- Unflavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- Crystal Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Dissolve the jellies according to the instruction on the back of the package.
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, milk and the dissolved jellies. Beat well for 3 minutes.
- Put the sugar in a pan and over low heat, stir until it melts and becomes a caramel. Then add the water, be careful not to burn yourself. And stir a little more until the syrup is uniform and the sugar completely melts again.
- If you are going to use a plastic container (like the one in the photo) wait for it to cool down a bit. If you are going to use an aluminum mold, you can put the syrup while it is still hot.
- Then pour the liquid into the individual containers (or mold) and refrigerate for 4 hours.
