- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Unflavored gelatin2 unit(s)
- Milk (condensed milk box measure)1 unit(s)
- Sugar (for the syrup)2 cup
- Water (for the syrup)1 cup
- Dissolve the jellies. Tip: The gelatine packaging itself teaches how to do it)
- In a blender place the condensed milk, cream, milk and dissolved gelatin.
- Beat for 3 minutes and set aside.
- In a pan put the sugar and in low fire stir until it turns a caramel.
- Then add the water and keep stirring until the sugar melts again and becomes a homogeneous syrup.
- Pour the syrup into a pudding mold.
- Add the reserved liquid and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
