- Syrup: sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Dissolve the unflavored gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
- SYRUP Place the sugar in a round shape with a central bottom and heat until caramelized.
