- Cook the rice with a cup of water. Before drying completely, add the milk and condensed milk. Leave on high heat until it boils, then keep on low heat until the end. Stir occasionally, and remove the cream that forms. Before removing from the heat, beat an eggnog with sugar to taste and add to the pan. Once ready, just serve and taste!!
