- Corn Starch (cornstarch)4 tablespoon
- Sugar for topping6 tablespoon
- Peel the pineapple, remove the core and cut into cubes.
- In a pan, place the pineapple and 2 cups of sugar. Cook until the pineapple is yellow and with broth. Pour into the refractory you were going to serve. Reserve!
