- 0% fat cottage cheese03 tablespoon
- Powdered gelatin, unflavored hydrated01 unit(s)
- Boiling skim milk1/2 cup
- Sweetener for oven and stove03 tablespoon
- Strawberry Diet Gelatin01 unit(s)
- Boiling water.300 ml
- In the blender, place the ricotta, curd, unflavored gelatin, milk and sweetener. Hit it well.
- Then pour into a refractory but leave space to put the gelatin on top, ok!
- Then prepare the gelatin with the 300 ml of boiling water and let it cool and then pour it, very slowly, on top of the ricotta cream.
- Finally take it to the fridge, let it harden, serve and enjoy!
