  • milk1/2 cup
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • crumbled ricotta500 g
  • butter2 tablespoon
  • guava200 g
  • Water6 tablespoon
  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, cream, condensed milk, flour, ricotta and butter until smooth.
  3. Put it in a 20 cm shape, greased with margarine and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
  4. Let cool, unmold
  5. Bring the guava paste with the water to a boil, stirring until it dissolves and forms a jelly.
  6. Let cool and place over the pie.
  7. Serve cold.
