- Natural yogurt 2 pots340 ml

- Pasta With the help of a blender, crush the cookies until they become a fine crumb. Transfer to a bowl and add the butter. Mix the ingredients with your hands until the dough is homogeneous. The correct point is when the dough is pressed and it has shape, without crumbling. Pour this dough into a removable bottom or side container, 28 cm in diameter. Squeeze the dough well, all over the bottom and sides. Reserve.
- Filling In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with the help of an egg beater. Pour the filling over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes or until you shake the shape and feel that the filling is very dense and the center is slightly creamy. Let cool in the fridge before unmolding.
